The Campaign’s Planks
Celebration’s Offerings

Problems — Challenges — Opportunities
“Rather light one small candle than to curse the darkness.”

Dear Friends,

This campaign/Celebration invites you, EVERY fellow citizen, to contribute your best thoughts, aspiring hearts, and good will — the vital fruits of your life and labors — to the revival of the spirit of Public Service..

The “Citizens Movement” welcomes the considerations/concerns of all vocations/avocations: veterans, nurses, mid-wives, farmers, students, EMTs, judges, prisoners, princes and paupers, environmentalists, the unemployed/overemployed.

This Celebration is for grandparents, parents, and children, hand in hand, for financiers (the “respectable scoundrels" themselves), for immigrants and educators, doctors, lawyers, foragers, clowns, statesmen and -women, the homeless, for bakers and candlestick makers. The Celebration is for People of ALL faiths, ethic and socio-economic groups, ALL political persuasions that committed to the revival of the Spirit of Public Service: Republicans, Democrats, Independents, Green Party members, Constitutionalists. You name it.

Out of Many, One / E Pluribus Unum

Reads the Sacred Seal of Our Land

A Truly United States

Toward such a union, re-union, the following planks/offerings offer a glimpse of the mounting Citizens Movement. Note: the focus of the offerings to date have been in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, including both Concords.

Fashioned by countless fellow citizens, the offerings both span, and encompass, the bottom and Top lines.

A warm welcome not only to consider, take to heart the offerings. But, if they do not embrace your labors, to share those labors with us — in a way that invites others to contribute. All we ask, please note, is that you not focus on the problem alone that you would address, the unending problems that abound. Rather, we ask that you address, thereto, the challenge and ever-present opportunity. Is that clear? We will respond accordingly and can be reached here.

The Planks/Offerings

We welcome your feedback, as noted, on any/all of the following labors. Email us here.

• The Top Line

“You ‘boat people’ know everything,” stated the Supreme Medicine Man of the Wampanoag Nation, whose people welcomed the first pilgrims to Plymouth (MA’s) shores. “The only thing you don’t know is that you live from that which you do not know.”

That “Power” that is greater than — and yet no less a part of — ourself, our self, our Very Self?

“I am in the Father, and the Father is in me. And I am in you.”

Good God! Can it be that the ground of existence of the Original Peoples of our land (“The Great Spirit”), as well as that of the Founders of our nation has become for many today a curse, swear word: “God damn!” “Christ!”

“The New Ecumenism” addresses this inexorable fact of life, our modern lives through a consideration of that which, as we speak, unites (enwarms and enlightens) us, as opposed to divides and conquers, overshadows us. As noted, your thoughts thereto? (email here

The REAL “real world”: The following passage from The Prayer for Our Lands introduces Klaus Schwab, founder of The World Economic Forum at Davos to his Mother of Mothers, the Amazing/
Saving Grace that ever abounds.

We invite you to turn to the break on page 31 here.

• The Path to Peace

“There will never be peace in this land,” Ben Franklin noted, “until justice is done to the Native Peoples.” If Franklin knows what he is talking about, and if our land is a/the leading land of our day, might we add that there will never be peace in the world, until justice is done to our Original Peoples? The two following initiatives in NH are committed to such justice. Your thoughts, we welcome.

• Honoring the Original Peoples of This Land

The Weeks Act is the granite cornerstone of the conservation movement globally.

That is, the Weeks Act led to the establishment of the National Forests in NH and other states across our nation. The National Forests led, in turn, to the establishment of our National Parks, beginning with Yellowstone. The National Parks here in our land have led, in turn, to National Parks in over 100 nations around the globe.

With respect to conservation matters, it is universally recognized that their foundation rests upon the Original Peoples of this land. To honor this easily overlooked fact, WE, the People are committed to two
initiatives, for starters.

1. The creation of a plaque at Weeks State Park in Lancaster, NH that acknowledges the legacy of the original Abenaki people of the land;

2. To return to NH’s highest peak its original native name, alongside that of its subsequent name: Mount Kodaakwadjo ~ Washington.

• Preserving Our Natural Heritage

The Elevation of NH’s White Mountain National Forest to a White Mountain National PARK.

The former, a national forest, comes under the Department of Agriculture. As such, National Forests are used for resource extraction, in earlier days clear-cutting and strip-mining. A White Mountain National PARK comes under the Department of the Interior. As such, the park serves as a refuge that is not exploited. The establishment of National Parks across our country, have served as a tremendous boost
for the local economies.

• Earth Day’s Pending Law Suit

If the corporation has been determined to be a “person,” do you see any reason why “Mother Earth” herself — who lives and breathes through the seasons of the day and year — should not also be thus viewed and, thereby, granted her universal rights, as opposed to subjected to unrelenting exploitation?
As noted, your thoughts on such a redemption, restitution, we welcome? (email here

Bridging the Growing Divide: “A House Divided Unto Itself Can Not Stand.” See here.

The series, “Bridging the Growing Divide,” brings together speakers from opposite sides of the most pressing issues of our day, including religion, medicine, politics, law, and the environment. What inspires
the individuals to step up to the shared podium is the fundamental respect that they have striven to maintain for otherwise opposing views within our increasingly polarized times.

• National Forums on Race

Keeping the Faith:  Beginning in Tuskegee, Alabama, and continuing on to Atlanta, Charleston, and Concord, Massachusetts, the “National Forums on Race” have been inspired by Dr. King’s “christened” words:

“Undeserved suffering is redemptive.”

The forums honor those Black “brothers” and “sisters,” who, in fulfilling Dr.King’s conviction, have contributed a redemptive deed of all but unfathomed proportions, and significance, for our land.

• Declarations of Independence & Intradependence

Fellow citizens are invited to offer your best thoughts on the updating of our Declaration of Independence (further “Facts submitted to a candid
world”) and the resultant drafting of a Declaration Intradependence.

The declaration would give vibrant voice to the “Sacred Seal” of our Land:

E Pluribus Unum / Out of Many, One

Simply expressed: WE, the People are in it together, defeated when forget that we are on the same side. This truth asks to become once again “self-evident”.

• Reviewing our Corporate Charters

Our Constitution expressly gives state legislators, our elected representatives the right and responsibility to both grant, and revoke, a corporation’s charter to operate in a state, depending on whether the corporation is a good, responsible “citizen” or not. This right and responsibility offers a clear, civil, and constitutional way to ensure that corporations do just that. If fellow citizens encouraged to their public servants to speak up. (email here

• The Healing of Our Body Social

The fulfillment of President Eisenhower’s “Middle Way Program” addresses the central problem-challenge-opportunity of our time: How can we work, together, to create a truly balanced and rightly ordered social order?

Eisenhower’s “Middle Way” Program” built on the fundamental 3-Fold understanding, envisioned in the Trinity, and borne down through the ages. Those worldly reflections include:

• The Three Twin Principles of the Iroquois Confederation;

• The Boy Scouts’ & Girl Scouts’ emphasis on a balance of Body, Mind, and Spirit;

• The Three Masonic Pillars of Strength, Wisdom and Beauty;

• Rotary’s 4-Way Test, 3 + 1: “Is it the TRUTH? Is it FAIR to all concerned? Will it build GOOD WILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS? Will it be BENEFICIAL for all concerned?”

• AA and the 12-Step Programs, which have universalized these threefold guiding principles — healing of obsessions in the mind, cravings in the feelings, and compulsions in the will — across the spectrum of addictions, in ways that have impacted the lives of millions upon millions of fellow citizens not only in this country but around the world;

• The 4-H Clubs (3 + 1) work to achieve the balance between Heads, Hearts, and Hands ~ towards Health in the individual, “body-individual,” as well as in society, the “Body-Social.”

• WE, the People

The 21st Century All-American Civics Primer: A Labor of Love, Redemptive Love. Fellow citizens are invited to offer contributions to this All-American Civics Primer, dedicated to our children, grandchildren and to the generations to come. The primer will be made available to schools throughout NH and our nation. We, look forward to hearing from you: (email here

• High School & College Convention 2024/25, Part II

In 1999 “Democracy in Practice,” the NH student coalition was formed. The coalition was made up of representatives from every high school (but 3) in NH. The fruit of “Democracy in Practice” was “High School & College Convention 2,000,” attended, thereto, by high school and college student leaders from across the nation. We look forward to picking up that torch with student leaders from across NH, the nation, and from around the world. In the words of Citizen Tom Paine, “The cause of America is the cause of all mankind.”

• A Public Service Pledge

Senator John Danforth of Missouri had not only the convictions but the courage to state:

“I have never seen more senators express discontent with their jobs. I think the major cause is that, deep down in our hearts, we have been accomplices in doing something terrible and unforgivable to our wonderful country. Deep down in our hearts, we know the we have given our children a legacy of bankruptcy. We have defrauded our country to get ourselves elected.”  [emphasis added]

We invite the best thoughts of fellow citizens toward the formulation of a Public Service Pledge that will address, substantially and at long last, the “terrible” and “unforgivable” fraud spoken of. (email here)

The Concord Noble Award for Peace. Along with the initiatives noted, “The Concord Noble Award for Peace,” (see it here) addresses the fundamental prerequisites for peace, without which peace will remain an ever unfilled hope.

Honoring Our Veterans with viewings and discussion of "The Compassion Play: The Untold Story of the Gulf War”: (see it here) A warm welcome to contact us for information. (email here)

• Helping Hands

A state-wide web site is being developed that does just that: invites fellow citizens to lend one another a hand, in the needs that befall us, small and larger. No third parties insert themselves between the individuals involved, the sanctity of such exchanges. Rather, we trust that, with clear judgment and care-full hearts, the parties involved will rightly find one another and, as possibilities allow, blessings will be bestowed.

The Long Awaited Memorial Services to put the “Baneful,” Divisive, Partisan Spirit out of its misery, pay it our respects, give it its last rites/rights, let it rest in peace.

The memorial services will be officiated by the clergy, who have ample experience with such rites. Former politicians will speak from their experience to the “baneful” effects noted. The youth will share their hopes for a future worth envisioning. And musicians, artists, singers, the community at large will help to envision and stage the Memorial Services, which take up Congressman John Lewis’ statement that the arts and community drama, in particular, offer the most effective means for reform. Your thoughts? info@concord-ium.us

• Calling All Clowns

The brigade of seasoned and aspiring clowns is being summoned to journey to hospitals, old folks homes, home-less shelters, and prisons throughout New Hampshire to help lift the beleaguered spirits of their inhabitants.

• The Show Must Go On

Inspired by the clowns, standard bearers, fellow citizens are working together to revive the ancient and venerable circus arts throughout NH. If there is anything more compelling for our youth than cell phones, tablets, computers, and the old boob-tube (tv) itself — that have kidnapped our kids and hijacked many a parent — it is, we suggest, the circus arts: getting that third (juggling) ball up in the air; advancing a step or two on the tight-rope, completing a further round on the uni-cycle, or just light-hearted clowning around, fun. Through the beloved arts, our youth learn focus, balance, discipline, stick-to-it-ness, flexibility, ingenuity, wonder and enthusiasm for life.

• Up with People

The Celebration is inviting cast members and alumni of the musical show Up with People to tell their story and contribute through song, music and dance to lifting (UP) the spirits of fellow citizens throughout the state. Your participation as alumni is welcome: info@concord-ium.us

• Holy Matrimony / Our Sacred Relations

Reports state that more people are getting divorced than married. The breakdown of this fundamental institution is undermining not only many a family but society itself. “The Movement for Men’s Liberation” < https://concord-ium.us/initiatives/mens-liberation/ > offers hard-won, heartfelt insights toward the healing of our relations: “To bow and to bend" (curtsy) we shan’t be afraid.”

• Home Sweet Home

Where your heart dwells, there are your treasures, the old expression goes. Is it so in our time? Or has the glowing hearth, around which the family once gathered, been replaced by the electronic glare of the communal TV, which is being replaced, in turn, by the dull illumination of the solitary computer terminal and cell phone screen? If so, is that a future worth envisioning ? If not, how do we find our way back home? Along with the following “testament” (Don’t Become the Tool of Your Tools”) and initiative:

• Safe-Guarding Our Homes & Hearths

A large and growing number of people are suffering from the effects of cell towers, radiation, and Electro-Magnetic Frequencies (EMF’s). As with most problems-challenges-opportunities, there are solutions to these ailments — solutions that invite us to slow down, gather our thoughts, and call upon our celebrated Yankee Ingenuity. Examples of such solutions are glimpsed at the following web sites: biogeometry.ca  & vesica.org. Common/uncommon sense.

• Story Time

Over the upcoming Sunday evenings, The Bretton Woods Fire-Side Chats will be inviting kith and kin, family and friends to pause from your pursuits, catch your breath, come together around the family hearth and listen in, hearken to stories — blessed tales and “testaments” — that kindle our spirits, speak to those hopes and aspirations that lie deepest in our hearts. The story time will begin with Nathaniel Hawthorne’s beloved tale, The Great Stone Face with its modern postscript.

“One afternoon, when the sun was going down, a mother and her little boy sat at the door of their cottage, talking about the Great Stone Face. They had but to lift their eyes, and there it was plainly to be seen, though miles away, with the sunshine brightening all its features. And what was the Great Stone Face?”

• Getting Our “House” in Order

“The Concord Resolution” offers a common sense solution to the rebuilding of our collapsing infra-structure that, we suggest, couldn’t be simpler and more substantive.

That is: To fund our public works projects publicly at cost (as in apples and apples), as opposed to privately via the private bond market (as in apples and oranges). In the latter case, communities are faced with paying for their roads, bridges, schools, sewage/water systems 2-3 times over in interests payments that many can not afford, without hiking up taxes to its citizens. These interest payments go to private parties, Lincoln’s “respectable scoundrels,” who’ve managed to insert themselves in the process, in order to “making a killing” on the Public Good, our Common Wealth.

As outlined in the link, the rationale for such public funding was acknowledged by one of our leading economists, John Kenneth Galbraith. That is: We, the People have been made responsible for our national debt, through the taxes we pay. Accordingly, we are taking responsibility, at long last, for the other side of the coin: our national credit, which is put a reflection of the productive capacities of the citizens of a nation.

• The Bretton Woods Fire-Side Chat

At the conclusion of the story time (noted), inspired by the tales and “testaments,” we will turn to more “weighty” matters, beginning with a consideration of what, in fact, occurred at Bretton Woods with its historic accords in 1944, as a Second World War was drawing to its end.

How can We, the People take up that historic torch, on behalf, no less, of the authors and signers of the Bretton Woods Accords themselves, which established our World Bank, International Monetary Fund, and the forerunner of GATT? How, that is, can We, the People contribute toward the redemption of what — unwittingly or otherwise — turned out to be our debt-based monetary system? Such mis-fortunes have contributed, significantly, not only to the impoverishment of NH’s North Country, but to the mis-fortunes of all too much of our modern world.

We invite those whom such matters may, indeed, concern to consider “The Concord ~ Bretton Woods Resolution” (see here). The resolution is the fruit of 4 decades of painstaking work committed to the restitution of our common wealth. In the words of David Brancaccio, host of NPR “Marketplace”:

“The script you have put together is magical, brilliant, a rich 4 course meal…. There is power in what you are doing, and I get it. You’re not just coming from left field or simply criticizing the system. You’re doing something that is needed in our time, to help avoid an even worse financial disaster…. It is worthy and may be able to make a difference, a real difference.”

• Your Hidden Treasure

A lengthier matter, related thereto. Fellow citizens are invited to join The Citizens Movement in asking our Federal and State officials if the clear statement by the supervisor of Littleton, NH’s Social Security Office is, indeed, accurate.

That statement was: We, the people are not allowed to note ourselves as the rightful beneficiaries of the million dollar plus trust funds that — without our knowledge — have been set up in the name of each and every fellow citizen. Business as usual. [The funds being a projection of our life-time earnings that, at our birth, were credited to our accounts?]

The question is: Do such trust funds, in fact, exist in our names? If so, are the funds the result of the 1933 legislation (originally HJR 192) that required not only that we turn in our gold bullion and certificates, much of our wealth, but that a “remedy” be offered in turn?

If so, is it the case that that remedy was, and remains, that our debts — mortgages, taxes, utilities, loans, student and otherwise — are to be off-set/covered/paid by the monies in our trust funds, our projected life-time earnings, the hidden treasure?

If so, does that not mean that we, fellow citizens, who are working 1, 2, 3 jobs to pay the bills noted are doing so twice, unnecessarily?

If so, how has that come to pass? Who is profiting from, “making a killing” on, our hard work, blood, sweat, and tears? Could this be an example of what former President Madison meant when he stated:

“History records that the money changers have used every form of abuse, intrigue, deceit and violent means possible to maintain their control.”

This reckoning is painstakingly outlined in the following letter (see here), addressed to my congresswoman and public servants, will only be answered if enough fellow citizens make it clear that — with all respects due — you, too, seek answers to the foregoing questions noted.

Otherwise, you can count on others, the “respectable scoundrels,” making “the killing” on your mis-fortunes. To Madison words can be added those of President Thomas Jefferson:

“If the American people ever allow the banks [our treesries] to control the issuance of their currency . . . .  the banks — and corporations that will grow up around them — will deprive the people of all property until their children will wake up homeless on the continent their fathers occupied.”  [emphasis added]

Surely, WE, the People can do better — if we awaken from, and to, our dream . . . . our true dream.  Your thoughts on such an awakening we welcome. (email here

• Bretton Woods Global Working Circles in all the professions and trades.

The purpose of the Bretton Woods Global Working Circles (see here) is to do justice, at long last, to the words of Henry Morgenthau, Chairman of the 1944 Bretton Woods Conference:

“The aim of the conference was the creation of a dynamic world community in which the peoples of every nation will be able to realize their potentialities in peace.”

How can educators, lawyers, clergy, technologists, public servants, arts, engineers, doctors, you name it, the military itself, contribute to the Peace envisioned?

• Live Free & Prosper

These words offer an addendum to New Hampshire’s state motto: “Live Free or Die”. In light of the foregoing mis-fortunes, fellow citizens are invited to attend the long-awaited Jural Assembly in NH’s State Capitol, Concord. The Jural Assembly is introduced by the words of former Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, on behalf of the majority of his fellow justices.

“Citizens have the unbridled [unhindered] right [and responsibility] to empanel [enroll, call forth] their own grand juries and present “True Bills” of indictment to a court, which is then required to commence a criminal proceeding.”

“Our Founding Fathers, thereby, presciently created a “buffer” that the people may rely upon for justice, when public officials . . . . criminally violate the law.”

Supreme Court Justice, Antonin Scalia in United States v. Williams, 112 S.Ct. 1735, 504 U.S. 36, 118 L.Ed.2d 352, 1992. Bottom-line, the American Grand Jury is not, not part of, nor subject to, the judicial, executive and legislative branches of government, our servants, public servants. Rather, the justice spoken of rests in our, the People’s knowing and conscionable hands. For information contact us at: (email here)

• The Heavenly Script

The Bretton Woods Fire-Side Chat will end with a renewed offering of the Ancient Star Wisdom that lifted the vision of humankind over the ages . . . . guided our steps.

The stars once spoke to “Man”. It is world destiny that they are now silent. Awareness of this silence can be pain for earthly “Man”.

In the silent stillness, however, ripens what “Man” speaks to the stars. Awareness of this speaking, can become strength for the Spirit in “Man”.

• Eternal Love

Building the “bridge” to those dearly beloved on High. Who hasn’t found themselves saying: “Grandma came to mind”; “Grandpa was in my thoughts . . . .”

If such exclamations are clear, have you paused not only to consider what you are saying, your very words, but what those near/far and dear may have to say in response — out of both their love for you and their interest in your ongoing lives and labors? A recognition that was as common-place in earlier ages as it has become foreign in ours.

One of the most vital lessons of our time, we suggest, is that love, true love, is limitless, knows no bounds. The countless “Near Death Experiences” (NDEs) offer glimpses, most moving, of this fact of life, our lives. May such revelations help kindle your faith. (see here)

• Labors Pains

In former times, birth pangs summoned the wise aunts, mid-wives and doulas to the bedside. The family gathered ‘round in attentive and joyful expectation.

Those times have passed. Modern medicine has summoned expectant mothers and families to their hurried clinics, replacing thereby, in record numbers, timely natural births with C-Sections and other costly interventions — mishaps, studies suggest, that are not exceeded by home-births. (see here)

For those who seek the sanctity of life, it is time to consider bringing our births back home.

• Sister-Hospitals Initiative

The Healing of Our Modern Medical Model. When medicine, the healing profession, is turned into a business, driven by the “Almighty Buck,” its purpose (in businessmen/women's own words) is “to make a killing”.

Accordingly, iatrogenic illnesses, that is illnesses caused by the treatment itself, have all but surpassed heart disease and cancer as the number 1 cause of death. This reckoning reveals itself in businesses’ reputed ethic: “continuous and unlimited growth.” In medical terms such growth — “continuous and unlimited” — is otherwise referred to as “cancer”.

An antidote to such “a killing” is envisioned in the heartfelt network of hospitals that, working with Nobel Peace Prize candidate, Patch Adams, would address ALL the problems of health care reform under one roof.

That roof is the heart of the arising Sister-Hospital Network: the good doctor, Patch Adams’ Gesundheit Hospital, located in Pocahontas County, West Virginia. See glimpses of such healing labors here and here.

It Takes a Child to Raise a Village: The “Dream Teams” (see here) offer a fulfillment of such a prophesy. As noted in the following link, but two things are asked of students who would be involved.

1. That they have a dream, or are willing to discover it

2. That they find fellow students who willing to do the same: the team

An essential role of the “Dream Teams” is to divert the prison to school pipe line

• Earth Scouts & Consumption Management

Would you believe that in many a household you can save a few hundred dollars — without changing your lifestyle — by simply pulling out 1 plug, twisting 1 dial, and turning off 1 switch for the night? For starters . . .

The Earth Scouts home-work assignment — whose aim is to manage our consumption before it becomes waste < https://concord-ium.us/initiatives/earth-scouts/ > — offers a way to engage our youth in meaningful, entrepreneurial endeavors that not only ease the burdens we place on “Mother Earth,” but provide our children themselves with the glimpse of a future worth envisioning. In the words of one 7th grade Earth Scout:

“Can you imagine making a deal with your parents? That is: If you provide them with the savings noted, you get one half for your labors, enterprising spirit? Win, Win . . . . Win!”

• An Enterprising Solution to the Unemployment Issue

If you take a moment or two to thoughtfully fill out the following self-hiring interview, will you be surprised to discover that you have a job — one that, as we speak, is providing thousands of fellow citizens with both a generous and meaningful living?  (see here)

Nature’s Bounty: Recovering the ancient skill of foraging. There is a “supermarket” of free plants, vegetables, seeds, saps, fruits, berries — you name it — within our (knowing) reach.

A glimpse of such age-old knowledge is offered by “The White Mountain Forager” and other kindred organizations that are just a click away on the world wide web. This knowledge can be a blessing if/when the electricity goes out and our supermarkets close down.

• New Hampshire ALSO Has Talent (song, dance, verse, you name it).

Coming soon, stay tuned. We look forward to hearing from such rising stars! (email here

• Saving Circles

Inspired by one of the fathers of Micro-Financing, Jeff Ashe, the Saving Circles (see here) provide newly arrived immigrants, as well as enterprising fellow Americans, with the means to achieve, together, their dream.

• Revitalizing Our Land

“The earth moaneth and travaileth, waiting upon man,” the scripture reads. One of the most timely gifts bestowed on our day and age, our earth itself, are the plant and animal “Preparations” that have vitalized the Biodynamic Agricultural Movement, the forerunner of Organic Agriculture. These biodynamic preparations, which contributed toward the healing of our earth, are made available to interested citizens near and far. For information, contact us at: info@concord-ium.us

• The Hard Nut to Crack Fellowship  (see here)

In conclusion, a warm welcome to all People of Good Will, who recognize not only that problems are challenges are opportunities, but that the greater the problem, the greater the challenge, the greater the OPPORTUNITY, as noted in the foregoing offerings. A warm welcome, friends, to join such a fellowship (email here) .

WE,
the People

for President...

and for all Constitutional Offices

Plum-Blossoms.jpg

New ideas of where we ought to be headed . . . . will emerge from individuals. The material out of which we [the People] shall build a new world is in us, in our minds, in our character, in our memory of things past, in our hopes for thefuture. We are the source. We shall conceive it; we shall design it; and we shall put it into operation.
